Do I have to been an Agent to upload a video?
No. You do not have to be an Agent to upload a property video to ViewThisHome.com. Individuals as well as other real estate related businesses are welcome to upload their videos, such as, property managers, property owners, rental companies, resort rentals, property exchangers, etc.

Although there is no limit to the video size, we do find that the viewing public is more receptive to videos that are less than 100 mb.

How do I get my video featured on the homepage?

This feature is zip code specific meaning you can enroll for up to 5 zip codes in your area and anytime someone is searching in any of those zip codes your Featured Videos would be in cue on the homepage. Your properties are available for preview without the viewer needing to do a search.
Once a visitor enters a search criteria and leaves the home page then they are shopping among all listings that meet their criteria. Featured Videos allows you to grab their attention first. Also, as an added benefit, when the viewer clicks on your Featured Video they go directly to your listing and underneath the video are thumbnails of all of the listings you have on ViewThisHome.com. They will have the pleasure of surfing through your other listings from that page.
This feature positions you as a serious real estate professional that is at the forefront of technology. All of your contact information is contained on this page making it easy for the viewer to contact you by phone, fax or email. There is even a way for them to email your listing to friends and family.

I am an Agent but can't find where to upload my photo and company logo?
The first thing is to make sure that you registered as a Company. If you are not sure just drop us an email and we will check for you and if necessary make the change for you. Assuming you enrolled as a Company you can add your photo and company logo by signing in and going to My Video Network. Click on the Edit Profile button. At the bottom of the page you will see where you can upload your photo and company logo.

You should remove your video when the property sales or is no longer available for rent or lease. We will remind you to update your listings every 90 days. To make changes and delete properties is simple. Just log in to My Video Network, click on the property address and delete the property. Remember to make changes to the property price so that the viewing public as the most current price information.

The price and other information about my property does not show up when I upload my slide show from VisualTour.com?
Before you run the "convert to Video" application in VisualTour.com make sure that all the pertinent information about the property is posted to the tour before you convert it to video. If you did not do this, you can add all the information to the property after you upload to ViewThisHome.com by going to the My Video Network and click on the property address. You can now fill in the blanks on the page.
